The programme includes a range of games and activities including gross motor skill and strength and mobilisation exercises. The LIFE Programme caters for people with all levels of disability.
The games are all wheelchair and carer friendly, and provide a range of active and sensory stimulation as well as promoting activity and general well being.
VenuesWest Arena Joondalup provides trained staff for the programme in conjunction with West Coast TAFE students studying Certificate III in Fitness. The programme runs during each school term.
