Yoga and Pilates
Yoga and Pilates are beneficial for strengthening, stretching, and flexibility while engaging the body and mind through unique exercises. Arena Joondalup runs both Yoga and Pilates as part of our regular group fitness schedule.
Aqua Classes
Aqua classes are great for low impact work outs that suit all levels of fitness. At VenuesWest Arena Joondalup we offer Aqua Fun to improve your fitness, Aqua Movers for people recovering from injury, or Into Deep where participants are introduced to deep water fitness.
