Monday to Friday	8:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday	8:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday	9.00am - 5.00pm

Perfect Balance Cafe, located next to main reception, is the perfect place to grab a drink after a workout, meet friends for coffee or breakfast, or enjoy one of our daily lunch specials.

Ask our friendly staff about joining the Cafe Coffee Club and you could be sipping your next cappuccino free!
