How to enrol
You can re-enrol or enrol in our Swim School programme by downloading and completing a
Learn to Swim Enrolment Form, then returning it by fax, email, post or in person to the Learn to Swim office for processing. Check the Term Timetables for dates that this form will be available on line.
Forms are also available poolside from week six of each term. If you are a new enrolment, you may submit your forms once they are made available. Your enrolment will be processed after the Priority Booking period for re-enrolments expires during the first week of school holidays. New enrolment forms will be prioritised according to date received by our Learn to Swim office.
Every enrolment form must have a payment attached or a means by which the placement will be paid for. EFTPOS or cash payments will need to be made in person in the Learn to Swim office before a placement is made.
Payment Process
Price of lessons is calculated from the eldest child first:

- Calculate Cost of Lessons
- Tick type of payment being made
- Fill in credit card details, or
- Fill in internet transfer details, or
- Attach cheque and return to the Learn to swim office
- For cash or EFTPOS payment please confirm the amount with our Learn to Swim staff before paying at reception.
- For Internet Banking, Arena Joondalup's bank details are:

- Account Number: 114907
- Reference: LTS followed by one child’s full name, eg LTS Joe Soap
- If you are using internet banking, record which bank you used and date of transaction on the bottom of the enrolment form.
Swimming Levels
Children currently swimming in our programme will be assessed by the instructors and placed accordingly. Children who are new to our programme can be placed according to Royal Lifesaving Programme assessments. All other programmes would need discussion or a formal assessment. If you are not sure what level to request, please contact our office for advice.
